Our Supply Only Scheme

Our "Supply Only" system has been devised to support you every step of the way, from design and procurement, through to final installation and commissioning.

We have established deferent levels of our Supply Only service, to allow you to confidently take on the works involved in installing your own doors.

BASIC SERVICE

1. Once your initial enquiry has been noted, we can begin to build the specification of your Insulated Braselmann  Electrically Operated Roller Shutter. Our team can discuss your requirements with you by phone, email or WhatsApp or we can email you a Specification form to fill in. Alternatively, please just put your details and requirements in the contact box below.
2. Next, we can give you a full quotation for the specification discussed, including delivery to your site, together with expected lead times - A Delivery Week Number will be given based on securing a current production slot. At this point, we will submit layout drawings based on the information provided. This is your opportunity to check there is available clearance for the overall design of the door within your building. Please utilise this free service to be certain there is adequate space for your requirement and your structure is suitable for the intended project. We are happy to talk to your architect if you have one.
3. Once you are completely happy with the design possibilities, place your order with a 50%  deposit payment - we can begin the process of fine tuning your requirement, to ensure everything is going to be an exact fit, giving you peace of mind that there will be no problems once your door arrives.
4. The all important step is next, making final adjustments to your door design to fit your application, ensuring  there are no un-foreseen problems. You can draw on our vast experience to help you with this phase- The best way to convey the essence of your project is by sending photographs and videos of the site situation- we can even video link on most media channels to save time. If it's a new build, then we can only rely on your architectural drawings. 
5. We will generate layout drawings based on information provided. You can check the drawings and ask for as many alterations or re-draws as is required to achieve the perfect fit and outcome for your project. At this point, we will make you aware  of anything we think is relevant to your project, such as clearances, drainage, power supplies, safe means of operation and of course the actual installation process. The installation process will need to be discussed at this stage, so we can ensure you have the equipment at your disposal to effect a safe and satisfactory installation. (Full installation instructions will be supplied!)
6. Once you are completely happy with the design service,  your order will be entered into the next available manufacturing slot in the factory system.
7. We will give you updates on delivery as soon as we receive them from the factory in Germany. We will require full settlement of the balance before arranging transport to your premises.
8. The delivery is carried out on a groupage service which is operated by another one of our suppliers. Only doors from three factories which we deal with are on the delivery lorries. The delivery driver will bring their own forklift, with which to unload your product and move it to a position designated by yourselves. YOU DO NOT NEED A FORKLIFT AT THIS STAGE TO UNLOAD. The driver will photograph the consignment- now would be a good time to open the packaging, to check the condition is as it was when it left the factory!
9. Note: Delivery to Mainland UK. Delivery to Highlands, Islands or City Centres by special arrangement for an additional cost.
