LEVEL 1- REMOTE INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE SERVICE


This service is provided to allow your engineers to obtain fast backup should they become  unsure of procedures required during the setting out, installation phase and/or electrical setup and adjustment. Your calls or massages will be handled by one of our Field Engineers or office based staff, so you will normally be able to receive  information fairly soon, if not straight away. Your staff can call on us for remote assistance as many times as is required to ensure you have installed the product in a safe and precise manner.


Correct installation of the product is essential to ensure safety in use, safety of your staff whilst the installation is taking place and to prolong / protect the Warranty. Use of this backup device is £180 + VAT. Remember, you can call on us as much as you need to, the important thing is to produce a perfect end result. You can order this service at any time, whilst ordering your door (s) or after delivery has taken place.
